AES Import Information

AES will soon be going live with registration for 2010 events. When that happens, the USAV data import from Webpoint should be functional. At this time the import functionality is still limited to Junior Programs. However, we are intending to complete the import functionality for adult clubs/teams later this year.

Webpoint Regions:

Carolina Region is a Webpoint Region (i.e. we do our online registration through the USAV Webpoint System):

For Regions using the Webpoint system for registration, those individuals with Club Administrator access should use the same username and password when prompted for the “USAV Username and Password” within AES to allow the USAV data import to function.
